Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Beauty Health and Wellness! Please review our cancellation policy below:

Booking Fee: A booking fee of $50 is required at the time of reservation. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of your purchase.

Cancellation within 48 Hours: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, the $50 booking fee will be fully refunded, and you will receive a full refund of any additional amounts paid.

Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours, but at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the $50 booking fee will be refunded at 50% of its value, and you will receive a 50% refund of any additional amounts paid.

No Show: If you do not show up and do not cancel within the 24-hour window, the $50 booking fee will be forfeited.

Purchased Packages: If you have purchased a package and need to cancel a session, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid forfeiting that session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the session being forfeited.

Groupon Bookings: For bookings made through Groupon, the cancellation policy will be held to the same standards as outlined above, but fees will not exceed the total amount paid to Groupon.

Late Policy
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our patients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our late appointment policy:

Arrival Time: Patients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation of Appointment: Late arrivals will result in the cancellation of your appointment, and you will lose your deposit.

Groupon Patients: If you are a Groupon patient and arrive late, you will forfeit your scheduled service.

Rescheduling: If your appointment is canceled due to tardiness, we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling at our earliest convenience.

Refund Policy
